Why isnt the clock ticking?

The last week has been very slow, I mean I have done a lot of things but it took so long get over. The most entertaining moments were OPM and my sociology midterm.
OPM was great for several reasons. Most importantly I got to get to know all the Ontario LCPs much better, the bonding was great, drinking games were painful at times, and most importantly starting to learn not to refer to Mac as "My LC" or "We at Mac." It was interesting attending the 3rd OPM and seeing that although the Agendas are pretty similar the content of all three were pretty different. I cant wait till NLDC, go to Egypt, start turnover and start my term!
My sociology midterm was yesterday, I am still pretty excited about how I was able to apply Strain Theories to corporate fraud. The strain theories usually explains deviance of individuals belonging to a low socio-economic class. The theory is based on how the society can set both, one of or non of: goals or means for individuals lives. The individuals reactions to societies expectations can result in deviance. I tried to apply conflict theory and Marxism to the same issue, but I think I failed miserably in that. The prof was saying that its probably due to the fact that I am a conflict liberal! Yet he was very impressed by the utilization of the Strain Theory and my conceptualization! School is turning to be more fun! I think with having a little more free time, way less responsibilities, and interesting classes like Deviance, Pop Music, Pop Culture and Aging, I am starting to enjoy school more! Till March 19th I got a few goals and tasks: I hope I will raise 2 TNs, match one, write 2 papers, 2 exams, study and finish the turnover document for Owen!! It shouldnt be a problem seeing that I dont have any meetings and minimal responsibility! You can hold me accountable :) Chef!
