The Sad Reality!
Bogdan leaves back to 8 days :(
It is very sad, he has been a great trainee and recently he did a full transformation to be also a strong AIESECer. He has definitely impacted me and many AIESECers throughout his traineeship. He has also helped build a solid relationship between AIESEC and the Hamilton Port Authority. This relationship will continue to grow and include multiple TNs and some cash!
On a personal level, it gets sadder, not only Bogdan has been one of only two trainees we had since June 04. He is also been my room mate, a close friend of mine and my drinking partner! I will definitely miss all the goofy momments we had together and all the things i learned from him.
I think what makes this sadder from a professional aspect, is that as Bogdan leaves we will have no more trainees at Mac. We have a few TNs we are matching and a bunch in the pipeline. Although we predict atleast a 300% increase in realized exchanges (from 2004 numbers), maily OGXs, we still need to ensure that we always have atleast one or two trainees in the city! One of our main platforms is exchange and we havent done any since October!
Bogdans goodbye party will be in Hamilton on Feb 12th. Please RSVP if you already havent!
